Live in New York... from London. This is performance during Covid-times.
Hosted by Mark Degarmo Dance. Get in touch to join us live streaming at 7 pm EST and midnight show in London!
I teach contemporary dance technique, partnering, floor work, improvisation, and performance making.
Currently, I teach contemporary dance Rambert syllabus developed by Hofesh Shechter, Alesandra Seutin, and Benoit Swan Pouffer at colleges and universities throughout the U.K. and Europe.
I'm the first practitioner to bring the Ilan Lev Method to London from Israel in 2015, both the movement classes and the one-on-one lessons. I have trained with Ilan Lev and been invited by him personally to assist him in the training program in New York. In 2021, I am guiding the first-ever London pod with Ilan Lev Method.
I have also been a GYROTONIC® trainer since 2008 which I studied with Juliu Horvath the inventor of the system.
I have studied and now teach somatic-based yoga since 2010 and I'm a qualified Feldenkrais® ATM teacher.
I'm very excited to be working on an online movement course. With a background as a somatics educator and therapist (ISMETA registered practitioner) for nearly a decade, now you'll be able to get all the juicy moving you need right at home.
